My fondest memories date back to when I picked fresh chives from our garden for my father and brought them to the kitchen. Back then I was too little a kid to hold a knife, my dad would plop the washed herbs into a jar and hand me a clean pair of scissors - “Would you chop these up for me?” I guess that's where it started. As a little girl I would be awe struck with the wonderful creations spurned from the kitchen.
As I grew up and traveled, discovering new cuisines became my passion. Slowly I learnt that magic is created by a few simple principles:

- Fresh good quality ingredients
- Passion to serve
